Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tinashe Chukwuma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Steel!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel checks a low kick from Chukwuma.
Steel tries to clinch but Chukwuma moves out of range.
Chukwuma with the inside leg kick.
Chukwuma misses with a hook
and Steel counters with a right hand to the body.
Steel throws the left hand but Chukwuma avoids the punch easily.
Steel misses with a right hand
and Chukwuma counters with an outside leg kick.
Chukwuma uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Steel.
Steel rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Chukwuma counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Daniel Steel has been cut.
Chukwuma avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Steel throws a shot from downtown. Chukwuma moves away and avoids it.
Steel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steel misses with a right hand

and Chukwuma counters with a takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steel tries to bench press Chukwuma off him but Chukwuma keeps the position.

Steel is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Steel dodges the ground and pound from Chukwuma.
Chukwuma lands some shots froms side control.
Steel manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Chukwuma prevents Steel from improving his position.

Still in half guard, Chukwuma seems content to control.
Steel is looking for a sweep. Chukwuma is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Steel regains full guard. Nicely done.
Chukwuma trying to control but Steel is working from the bottom.

Chukwuma is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Steel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chukwuma gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chukwuma looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Steel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Steel is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Steel blocks a jab.
Steel looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Steel looks to land a right hand but Chukwuma moved out of range.
Chukwuma fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Steel is out of range.
Steel throws out a loose jab but Chukwuma uses good head movement to avoid it.
Steel misses with a straight right.
Steel swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Steel swings for the body but Chukwuma moves out of range.
Chukwuma appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Chukwuma misses with a leg kick

and Steel counters by moving into the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Chukwuma lands a shot to the body.
Steel blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Our sources have told us that Chukwuma has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
Steel tries a body shot but Chukwuma blocks it.
Chukwuma lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Tinashe Chukwuma dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Daniel Steel's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Steel swings for the body but Chukwuma moves out of range.
Chukwuma misses with a kick to the body
and Steel counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Chukwuma tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Steel was well out of range. Poor timing from Chukwuma.
Steel thows a left - swing and a miss!
Chukwuma walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Steel drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Chukwuma swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Steel's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tinashe Chukwuma!
During a confident post fight interview, Tinashe Chukwuma thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
