Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Maxwell tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Johnson is in Maxwell's guard.
Maxwell is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Maxwell wants to work for an arm triangle but Johnson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Johnson is trying to trip Maxwell. He has hold of a leg but Maxwell is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Johnson persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Maxwell has his foot on Johnson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Johnson works his way back into a safe position though.

Maxwell has his feet on Johnson's thighs here. He's pushed Johnson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Johnson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
