Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Furioto (ranked 204 p4p, 158 weight class) and Frankie Logan (ranked 34 p4p, 28 weight class). Furioto comes to the cage accompanied by 韻踏合組合 - . Logan has chosen The Evil Scotsman as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Logan.
Furioto throws a hook but Logan blocks it.
No luck for Furioto with that takedown attempt.
Logan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Logan lands with a hook. Furioto tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Furioto is defended easily by Logan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Furioto gets the takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Furioto wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Logan, who protects the arm well.
Furioto is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Logan has escaped the position, nice work there.

Furioto throws a strike aimed at the side of Logan's head but Logan avoids it well.
Furioto has an Americana. Logan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Furioto is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Furioto hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Maximus Furioto!
