The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taranin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Eye keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Taranin not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Eye looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Taranin not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Taranin stalling away here and it's allowed Eye to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Eye keeping moving, preventing Taranin from controlling successfully.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Taranin is looking to work some ground and pound but Eye has wrist control.
Taranin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Taranin is nestled in close to Eye, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
