Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Korppila (ranked 2614 p4p, 2651 weight class) and Kevin Jones (ranked 421 p4p, 426 weight class). Korppila comes into the arena with Mustasch - The Mauler blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin Jones!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korppila cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Kevin Jones has been cut.
Jones closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Korppila can't do much from the bottom here.
Check out the look on Jones's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Jones tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jones cracks Korppila with a big elbow.
Korppila is rocked!
Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Korppila keeps working.
Jones has an Americana. Korppila didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jones is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jones hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Kevin Jones!
A very excited looking Kevin Jones rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Tom Korppila was interviewed post fight and said 'Well didn’t that suck? He may have beaten me, but could he outwrestle a bear? I don’t think so.'.
