Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Richie Alaska (ranked 961 p4p, 1034 weight class) and Kree P Krawlee (ranked 139 p4p, 149 weight class). Alaska comes to the cage accompanied by A Long December - Counting Crows. The crowd seem to be enjoying Krawlee's choice of entrance music: Sail. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Richie Alaska! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 24 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kree P Krawlee! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Darius Henderson and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krawlee pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Alaska looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Krawlee looks to score with a jab to the body but Alaska is just out of range. Krawlee keeps the fight on the outside. Alaska uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Krawlee. Krawlee throws a hook but Alaska blocks it. Krawlee misses with a hook. A quick step to the side and Alaska tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Krawlee dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Alaska ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krawlee moves away. Krawlee looks to land a right hand but Alaska moved out of range. Alaska is looking to counter punch. Kree P Krawlee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Alaska throws a jab when Krawlee was well out of range. Krawlee misses with a hook
and Krawlee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Krawlee cracks Alaska with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Alaska lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Krawlee takes a swing at Alaska's ribcage but misses. Krawlee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Krawlee bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Alaska's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Krawlee just misses with a punch to the body.
Krawlee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alaska. Krawlee fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Krawlee misses with a looping left.

Krawlee throws out a counter right but Alaska avoids it with no problem. Krawlee misses with a right hand and Alaska counters with a stiff right hand. Krawlee scores with a decent looking hook. A jab from Krawlee misses. Alaska uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Krawlee. Alaska tries to close the distance and clinch up but Krawlee swats him away and circles back towards the center. Krawlee looks like he wants to counter punch here. Nice shot lands for Krawlee. Krawlee misses the shot to the body. Alaska tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Krawlee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Alaska misses the shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! A looping hook to the body misses from Alaska. Krawlee does a little dance to reset his feet. Krawlee throws a looping overhand right but Alaska ducks down to avoid it. Krawlee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Alaska.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krawlee misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Alaska.
Alaska throwing a counter right hand but Krawlee manages to avoid it. Alaska takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Alaska is rocked! Krawlee is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Alaska flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Alaska is out cold! Krawlee holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
