Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keith Chegwin (ranked 2232 p4p, 3087 weight class) and Rhashaun Kinkead (ranked 296 p4p, 395 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Keith Chegwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rhashaun Kinkead! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Kinkead moves away from the strike by Chegwin. Chegwin blocks a jab. Chegwin takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Keith Chegwin has been cut. Kinkead throws a combination that misses and Chegwin counters with a one-two to the body. Chegwin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kinkead tries to bum rush Chegwin with a series of wild strikes but Chegwin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. An attempted straight right counter from Chegwin misses the target. We've been told by Chegwin's head coaches at Monkey Magic that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Kinkead misses with a looping left. Chegwin was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kinkead moves in looking to clinch but Chegwin pushes him off. Kinkead tries to clinch but Chegwin is having none of it. A counter left hand to the body from Chegwin misses its target. Kinkead takes a jab right on the kisser.
Chegwin misses with a hook. Kinkead ducked under it nicely. Oooh a lovely combination from Kinkead sends Chegwin down but not out. Kinkead dives into side control looking to finish. Kinkead looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kinkead working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kinkead has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Chegwin is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kinkead yanks on the arm and Chegwin is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kinkead.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rhashaun Kinkead! An out of breath Rhashaun Kinkead thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
