Manfred manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Russell on his heels. He'll look to pass Russell's guard now, I'm sure.
Manfred is posturing up here but Russell has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Manfred tries to roll out but it's too tight and Manfred has to tap! Slick submission there by Russell!
