Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Munhoz (ranked 1096 p4p, 1207 weight class) and Bill Smif (ranked 61 p4p, 66 weight class). Smif has chosen Playtime as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bill Smif will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Munhoz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bill Smif!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munhoz has his takedown stuffed
enabling Smif to counter with a crisp jab.
Munhoz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Smif.
Smif is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Munhoz with a body shot.
Munhoz tries for a takedown but Smif sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Smif looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Munhoz. Smif does a little dance to reset his feet.
Munhoz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Smif makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Munhoz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Munhoz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Smif sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Munhoz somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Munhoz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smif as he avoids it easily.
Smif doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Munhoz misses with a takedown
and Smif counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bill Smif is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Munhoz throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Smif counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
