Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lyke Tuytuhlz (ranked 1526 p4p, 852 weight class) and Nate Masvidal (ranked 206 p4p, 117 weight class). Tuytuhlz comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - N.Y. State of Mind. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Masvidal throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tuytuhlz's waist but Tuytuhlz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Masvidal off to one side.
Tuytuhlz works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Tuytuhlz drops Masvidal with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Masvidal looks back up at him and smiles so Tuytuhlz waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Masvidal tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tuytuhlz defends well and Masvidal ends up having to push Tuytuhlz into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Tuytuhlz fakes the body blow, causing Masvidal to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Masvidal goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
