Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Iaspero Yalixqua (ranked 2536 p4p, 4006 weight class) and Jack Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yalixqua's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Stop This Flame. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Lawson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson shoots in looking for a takedown but Yalixqua manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lawson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Yalixqua punishes Lawson's body with a nice straight punch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Yalixqua throws a nice outside leg kick.
Yalixqua smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Lawson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Yalixqua is fending him off so far but Lawson persists. Nope, Yalixqua circles away and we're back to standing.
Yalixqua lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Lawson - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Yalixqua!

After the fight, Iaspero Yalixqua was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
