Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marshall Praust (ranked 1828 p4p, 2159 weight class) and Paul Hunter (ranked 301 p4p, 339 weight class). Marshall Praust is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marshall Praust!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Praust with a lazy takedown attempt
and Hunter counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Marshall Praust has been cut.
Praust closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hunter circles away.
Hunter looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Praust misses with a straight right.
Hunter throws out a loose jab but Praust uses good head movement to avoid it.
Praust fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Praust has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Praust wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hunter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hunter wants it to stay on the feet.
Hunter let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Paul Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Praust's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hunter connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Praust scrambles back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Marshall Praust will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Hunter is staying active underneath Praust, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Praust wants to pass to mount but Hunter is defending the position.
Hunter is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Hunter keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Praust is looking to advance position but Hunter won't allow it.

Hunter leaves Praust with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hunter lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Praust falls backwards - clearly groggy! Hunter dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Hunter!
Marshall Praust spoke after the fight, saying 'No worries. The Athletic Commission has just announced my opponent has once again tested positive for PEDs, so this fight will be declared a 'No-Contest.' '.
