Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will Rock Jr (ranked 2055 p4p, 3480 weight class) and Cole Lake (ranked 274 p4p, 400 weight class). Lake has chosen Panic Attack as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock Jr bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Rock Jr definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Lake is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Rock Jr tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rock Jr has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
