Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Custer (ranked 529 p4p, 929 weight class) and Seelow Heights (ranked 81 p4p, 138 weight class). Custer comes to the cage accompanied by Zebrahead - Falling Apart. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jesse Custer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seelow Heights! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heights throws an off balance right hand
and Custer counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Heights lands with a nice body kick. Heights misses with a body shot.
Custer appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Custer has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Heights fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. The fighters circling - Custer throws out the jab but it was never going to land. It seemed like Heights was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Heights scores with a sloppy right hand. Custer should have avoided that one. Custer misses with a looping left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Seelow Heights has been cut. Heights fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Custer manages to avoid it. Heights has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. An inside leg kick lands from Custer. Heights is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Custer rather than just go for the knockout. Heights lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Custer circles away quickly and effectively. Custer half committed to a counter leg kick. Heights misses with a jab to the body

and Custer makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Heights scores with a decent looking hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Custer avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Heights blocks a leg kick. Heights is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Custer with a body shot. Custer throws a leg kick and Heights counters with a nice uppercut. Heights will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Custer counters with a lovely straight right hand! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Custer connects with an inside leg kick. Heights stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Seelow Heights dominated that round. The cut man is working on Seelow Heights's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Heights throws a shot from downtown. Custer moves away and avoids it. Seelow Heights seems to be getting the better of the standup. Heights doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Heights misses with a body shot.
A shot to the body from Heights misses and Custer counters with a slapping leg kick. Heights with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Custer walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Heights checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Heights misses with a straight left. and Custer counters with a nice low kick that buckles Heights's knee momentarily. Heights stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Custer. Heights lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Heights's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Heights scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Custer throws a lazy uppercut
and Heights counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Heights throws a body shot but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Heights swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Custer fires out a quick counter leg kick but Heights just manages to avoid it. Heights stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Custer. Custer lands a nice shot that snaps Heights's head back.
Heights is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Heights gets tackled into the cage by Custer. Custer maintains the clinch. Come on Custer - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Custer has Heights pressed against the cage, preventing Heights from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Heights's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Heights lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

This is the final round! A telegraphed right hand from Custer misses the target. Heights is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Custer with a body shot. Custer scores with a jab to the jaw. Heights throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Custer lands a nice leg kick that just misses Heights's sensitive parts. Custer throws a leg kick but Heights sees it coming and checks it nicely. Heights loads up on a big right hand but Custer slips the punch. Custer looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. and Custer counters with a slapping leg kick. Heights takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Heights misses with an uppercut. As Heights backs away, Custer returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Custer tries to score with a low kick but Heights moves his leg out of the way. Custer throws a front kick aimed at Heights's knee but Heights avoids it well. An inside leg kick from Custer misses. Heights misses with a combination
and Custer counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Heights! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
