Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Volodimir Borrisinov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Billy Graham !
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Borrisinov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Graham did well to prevent Borrisinov getting side control.
Borrisinov has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Graham is trying to maintain the position but Borrisinov is very close to passing his half guard.
Borrisinov stops Graham from getting back to his feet.
Borrisinov takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Graham is looking for a sweep. Borrisinov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Borrisinov looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Borrisinov has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Graham manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Graham is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Borrisinov defends well.

Graham escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Borrisinov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
