Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andre Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Calico Reddick!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Garcia.
Garcia throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Garcia doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Reddick counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Reddick lands with a nice body punch.
Garcia misses with a lunging right hand
and Reddick counters with a crisp one two that drops Garcia! Reddick thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Garcia to his feet! Garcia is in big trouble!
Garcia is breathing heavily.
Reddick misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Garcia throws a big shot that misses.
Reddick let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Garcia is looking to clinch but Reddick is avoiding it.
Jab by Reddick.
Reddick sizes up Garcia with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Andre Garcia has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Garcia throws a lazy right hand but Reddick sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Reddick lands a nice looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Garcia dives in and grabs Reddick's left leg, looking for a takedown. Reddick pushes down on Garcia's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andre Garcia. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reddick stuns Garcia with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Reddick cracks Garcia with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Reddick has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Garcia to stand back up!
Garcia is rocked!
Garcia is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Reddick just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Garcia has gone limp and this one is over!
