Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giro Inhanamoto (ranked 51 p4p, 254 weight class) and Shane Lancaster (ranked 8 p4p, 39 weight class). Lancaster has chosen Slipknot - I Am Hated as his entrance music. Giro Inhanamoto had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster lands a nice hook to Inhanamoto's body. Inhanamoto takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Horrible takedown attempt by Lancaster or perhaps it was just good defense by Inhanamoto, which made it look bad.

Inhanamoto finds Lancaster's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Lancaster flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Inhanamoto lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Lancaster will be OK.
