Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Iaspero Yalixqua (ranked 2270 p4p, 23575 weight class) and Franko De Cremonesi (ranked 291 p4p, 625 weight class). Yalixqua comes into the arena with Stop This Flame blaring out of the sound system. De Cremonesi has chosen Paint It, Black as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Cremonesi slips under a jab from Yalixqua.
De Cremonesi misses with a wild body shot.
De Cremonesi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Yalixqua momentarily.

De Cremonesi throws a hook but Yalixqua blocks it.
Yalixqua tries to score with a low kick but De Cremonesi moves his leg out of the way.
Iaspero Yalixqua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

De Cremonesi tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Yalixqua's elbow.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Iaspero Yalixqua will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

De Cremonesi needs to keep his hands up - Yalixqua had a free shot at his head there.
Yalixqua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Yalixqua fakes high and swings low for a body shot but De Cremonesi manages to avoid it.
Iaspero Yalixqua is winning the standup battle so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and De Cremonesi counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Yalixqua onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.

and De Cremonesi counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Yalixqua out cold! What a finish! De Cremonesi is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Franko De Cremonesi decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
