Marley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Damian Marley - Welcome to Jamrock kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Smash Machine can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Marley uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Marley goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
And Smash Machine counters with a quick kick to the body but Marley blocks it.
Marley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smash Machine avoids the head kick by Marley.
Marley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Smash Machine tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Marley defends well and Smash Machine ends up having to push Marley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Marley tries to counter by closing the distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clinch King Smash Machine. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Smash Machine has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Marley regains guard immediately.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Marley has his foot on Smash Machine's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Smash Machine works his way back into a safe position though.

Smash Machine drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Smash Machine seems to have locked his on tight now - Marley screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Smash Machine, as he picks up the win!
