Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manus Murphy (ranked 4048 p4p, 22931 weight class) and Otso Toivonen (ranked 541 p4p, 651 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manus Murphy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Otso Toivonen!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy throws a nice looking combination but Toivonen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Murphy slips a straight right by Toivonen.
Murphy closes the distance and clinches up with Toivonen, looking for a takedown. Murphy pushes Toivonen against the cage but Toivonen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A little jabbing left from Toivonen on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Toivonen cracks a nice hook into Murphy's ribs.

Murphy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Toivonen to the mat! Toivonen manages to get full guard.
Toivonen wants to get back to his feet but Murphy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Toivonen wants to stand and escape but Murphy is having none of it.

Toivonen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Murphy is aware though and is defending well.

Murphy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Toivonen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Murphy works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Toivonen tries to kick Murphy off but Murphy keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Toivonen wants to get back to his feet.
Toivonen is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Otso Toivonen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A countering left hand to the body from Toivonen misses.

Murphy shoots for a double leg takedown but Toivonen sprawls well. He's pushed Murphy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Toivonen looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Murphy scores with a one two! Toivonen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Murphy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Toivonen pinned against the cage. Toivonen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

No luck for Murphy with that takedown attempt.
Murphy moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromToivonen.
Murphy closes the distance and clinches up with Toivonen, looking for a takedown. Murphy pushes Toivonen against the cage but Toivonen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Toivonen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Toivonen wants it to stay on the feet.
Murphy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Toivonen clobbers Murphy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Manus Murphy has been cut.

Murphy closes the distance and clinches up with Toivonen, looking for a takedown. Murphy pushes Toivonen against the cage but Toivonen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Nice takedown defense from Toivonen. No joy for Murphy on that attempt.

Murphy feints and as Toivonen raises his hands in defense, Murphy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Murphy prevents Toivonen from getting back to his feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Murphy wants to clinch up but Toivonen keeps it at a distance.

Murphy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Toivonen as he jumps to the side.
Murphy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Murphy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Toivonen's waist but Toivonen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Murphy off to one side.
It seemed like Toivonen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Otso Toivonen seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Murphy shoots and misses
and Toivonen counters with a big right hand! Oh Murphy is in trouble here! Toivonen follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

A victorious Otso Toivonen thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
Manus Murphy spoke after the fight, saying 'WTF??? How did that happen?'.
