Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between André Levesque (ranked 1013 p4p, 896 weight class) and Rodion Brown (ranked 131 p4p, 112 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, André Levesque!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Rodion Brown!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnem�ki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Levesque gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Brown counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like André Levesque has been cut.
Levesque has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Levesque there as he acknowledges the shot.
Brown lands a nice looking kick to the body. Levesque takes a step back to recover.
Brown misses with a left hand
and Levesque counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Rodion Brown has been cut.
Brown lands a nice hook to Levesque's body. Levesque takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rodion Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown loads up on a big right hand but Levesque slips the punch.
Levesque on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Brown misses with a hook
and Levesque counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Levesque pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A little jabbing left from Brown on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Brown throws a front kick aimed at Levesque's knee but Levesque avoids it well.
Levesque looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Levesque fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Levesque keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Levesque swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Levesque checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Levesque feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brown sprawling to the canvas! Brown rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Levesque finish him?!
Brown drops Levesque with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Levesque looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brown lands with a nice body punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Levesque takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Levesque slips a straight right by Brown.
Brown lands a big uppercut and Levesque crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Levesque looks OK. Brown waves Levesque back to his feet!
Levesque is rocked!
Levesque misses the body punch
and Brown counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rodion Brown!
Rodion Brown is the new heavyweight champion!
During a confident post fight interview, Rodion Brown thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
