Barnes comes into the arena with We Want The Funk blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peramaki keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Barnes .
Barnes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Peramaki steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Barnes .
Barnes manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Peramaki on his heels. He'll look to pass Peramaki's guard now, I'm sure.
Peramaki had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Barnes defends it easily.

Peramaki looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Barnes is defending well. Peramaki quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Barnes has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Peramaki celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
