Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu (ranked 1462 p4p, 3603 weight class) and Roger Andermatt (ranked 98 p4p, 215 weight class). Fukumitsu comes into the arena with you should see me in a crown blaring out of the sound system. Roger Andermatt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 25 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Roger Andermatt!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukumitsu slips under a jab from Andermatt.
Andermatt uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Fukumitsu has time to react.
Andermatt throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A jab from Andermatt misses.
Fukumitsu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Fukumitsu scores with a nice right hand.
Andermatt is looking to score with low kicks.
Fukumitsu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Andermatt.
Fukumitsu throws out a loose jab but Andermatt uses good head movement to avoid it.
Andermatt walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Fukumitsu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Andermatts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Fukumitsu cracks Andermatt with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Fukumitsu has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Andermatt to stand back up!
Andermatt is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fukumitsu measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Andermatt! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu!
