The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Sykora. That snapped Hatter's head back.
Hatter steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sykora.

Sykora moves into the clinch.
Hatter lands an uppercut.
Hatter lands a hook that snaps the head of Sykora backwards.
Hatter stalling in the clinch.
Sykora looking to throw knees to the head but Hatter is blocking nicely.
Hatter struggles to land a body shot inside as Sykora controls his hands.

Hatter digs a right hand into Sykora's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Sykora's gas tank.
Hatter works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hatter pushes off an throws an elbow but Sykora leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hatter.

Sykora throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hatter blocks it with crossed arms.
Hatter misses with some punches.
Hatter lands a right hand.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Hatter lands a hook that snaps the head of Sykora backwards.

Hatter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hatter keeps the fight on the outside.
Hatter throws a big shot that misses.
Hatter with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sykora to score with a decent uppercut.
Hatter throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The fighters circling - Hatter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hatter moves away from the strike by Sykora.

Sykora rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Hatter counter with a right hand.

Sykora throws a leg kick but Hatter sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Hatter throws a jab when Sykora was well out of range.
Sykora ducks under a wild hook from Hatter.
Sykora throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hatter.

It looks like Mad Hatter has been cut.
Hatter looks to throw the jab but Sykora is out of range.
Hatter misses with a straight left.
Sykora scores with a nice head shot.

Hatter is rocked!
Hatter walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Hatter limp body while Sykora jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
