With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Motts misses.
Heydrich changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Heydrich misses with a looping right.
An attempted straight right counter from Motts misses the target.
Heydrich is trying hard to land a takedown here. Motts sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Heydrich clobbers Motts with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Heydrich has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Motts is looking to clinch but Heydrich is avoiding it.

Motts was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Motts drops Heydrich with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Heydrich looks back up at him and smiles so Motts waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
