Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lemmy Bang (ranked 362 p4p, 660 weight class) and Reijo Halli (ranked 57 p4p, 90 weight class). Bang comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Halli comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Lemmy Bang has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lemmy Bang seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lemmy Bang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reijo Halli!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Hemmingworth and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halli instigates a clinch.
Bang tries a body shot but Halli blocks it.
Bang misses with a punch to the body.
Bang is looking to control Halli's arms but Halli gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bang has his back to the cage.
Halli changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bang fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bang swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bang uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Halli has time to react.
Bang throws an overhand right that lands on Halli's shoulder, as Halli tries to avoid the shot.
Halli looks to score with a jab to the body but Bang is just out of range.
Bang is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Halli has Bang up against the cage in a clinch.
Halli has a couple of punches blocked by Bang.
Halli tries to pull guard but Bang won't allow it.
Bang throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Bang is pressed up against the cage. Halli has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bang down to the mat. Bang avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Lemmy Bang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Reijo Halli.
Halli tries to clinch up but Bang circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Halli is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bang.

Halli lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Halli uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bang.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Halli wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Bang takes a swing at Halli's ribcage but misses.
Bang scores with a nice right hand.
The fighters circling - Bang throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Halli slips a jab and a cross from Bang.
Halli tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Bang misses with a body shot.
Bang throws the left hand but Halli avoids the punch easily.

Halli scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Halli bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Halli throws a body punch but Bang moves out of range.
Halli shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Halli was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Halli tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Halli has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ground and pound from Halli seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Halli is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bang is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bang is looking to regain half guard here but Halli keeps moving and retains side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Halli wants to work for an arm triangle but Bang is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Bang is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Halli tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bang fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

That was a close round but I would say that Lemmy Bang will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bang's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Halli gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bang can't find room to land a body shot as Halli controls the action.
Halli works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Bang is looking to stand up but Halli isn't so interested in that idea.
Halli stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bang swivels though and keeps the full guard.

And Halli tries to counter it with a takedown but Bang pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Bang takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Bang looks to land a left hand but Halli moved out of range nicely.
Halli tries to close the distance and clinch but Bang swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Bang is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Halli's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bang seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Bang is keen to just control but Halli is a slippery customer.

Reijo Halli showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lemmy Bang.
I think Bang has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
