PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grady Bronze (ranked 1565 p4p, 2325 weight class) and Mike Smith (ranked 252 p4p, 376 weight class). Smith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rush - Subdivisions. Mike Smith told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronze tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Smith was well out of range. Poor timing from Bronze.
Smith throws out a counter right but Bronze avoids it with no problem.
Smith scores with a jab. Bronze acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Smith uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bronze.
A little jabbing left from Smith on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Smith has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Bronze should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Smith has tightened it up now! Bronze should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
