Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ziggy Stardust (ranked 610 p4p, 1688 weight class) and Bobby Bomstaerk (ranked 90 p4p, 229 weight class). Stardust kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Starman. The key to victory for Ziggy Stardust has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stardust throws a nice outside leg kick.

A little feinted left hand from Stardust on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Stardust pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bomstaerk drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Stardust defends it well.

Stardust manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Bomstaerk keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Bomstaerk drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stardust gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Ziggy Stardust has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Bomstaerk.
Stardust scores with an uppercut up the middle.
