Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willie Diggs (ranked 53 p4p, 216 weight class) and Kane Thoupos (ranked 8 p4p, 26 weight class). Diggs's entrance music is CHOSEN 1. A fine choice. Thoupos is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 151 Rum - JID. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willie Diggs!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kane Thoupos!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thoupos takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Thoupos throws a lazy body kick
and Diggs counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Thoupos throws a leg kick but Diggs checks it.
Diggs misses with a right hand
and Thoupos counters with a left and a right that stings Diggs.
A low kick from Diggs is predictable there
and Thoupos counters with a body kick that stops Diggs in his tracks momentarily.
Thoupos misses with a right hand
and Diggs counters with a left to the body.
Diggs throws a right hand that misses
letting Thoupos counter with a right hand.
A jab from Thoupos does it's job there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Diggs lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Thoupos misses with a hook.
Thoupos misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Diggs counters with a head kick that drops Thoupos to the mat! Thoupos scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Thoupos is rocked!
Thoupos ducks into an uppercut from Diggs and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Willie Diggs!

Post fight, Willie Diggs stared into the camera and said 'Beat a man once, you had the better night. Beat a man twice, you're the better fighter. Beat a man three times and you're his daddy.'.
The defeated Kane Thoupos had this to say: 'What really happened on that Thursday in August High School that led to Chris Woods death? Pftctctxtysfsrhhh the fuck is that! Fly in my mouth, I can’t see… gotta get out of this country motherfucker'.
