Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leandro Lo (ranked 20205 p4p, 21628 weight class) and Dez Havok (ranked 356 p4p, 308 weight class). Dez Havok will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leandro Lo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dez Havok!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lo shoots in looking for a takedown. Havok tries to sprawl out of it but Lo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Havok manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Havok looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Lo shoots and misses
and Havok counters with a nice uppercut.
Lo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Havok counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leandro Lo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Lo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Havok is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lo asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Lo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Lo tries for a kimura but Havok is defending well.

Lo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Lo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Lo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Lo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Havok, who protects the arm well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Havok wants to get back to his feet but Lo drags him back down.

Lo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Havok is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Lo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Lo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Lo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Havok knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

And that's the end of the fight!
Leandro Lo showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Lo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
