Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rustam Kadurov (ranked 1498 p4p, 2680 weight class) and Daniel Gable (ranked 204 p4p, 351 weight class). Rustam Kadurov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rustam Kadurov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Gable! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kadurov takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kadurov looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kadurov postures up and lands a big shot to Gable's brow. Gable working a defensive guard here.
Kadurov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Kadurov is in close to Gable's body, working some short punches and elbows. Gable trying to keep a closed guard but Kadurov is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kadurov cracks Gable with a solid left hand. Gable trying to control the position.
Gable is looking for a triangle but Kadurov pushes his legs off easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kadurov's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Gable working for a triangle but Kadurov defends it easily.
Gable tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kadurov with a nice head shot there. Gable can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kadurov controls the pace. Kadurov seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gable for as long as he can get away with.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kadurov is in close to Gable's body, working some short punches and elbows. Kadurov content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Gable has locked up a guillotine! Gable's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Kadurov is holding on here and Gable must be using up a lot of energy. Kadurov has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Gable gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
