Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas McCain (ranked 2307 p4p, 1995 weight class) and Loki Kvakkestad (ranked 373 p4p, 324 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kvakkestad's choice of entrance music: Contempt - Jucifer. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lucas McCain !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Loki Kvakkestad!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kvakkestad feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
McCain is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kvakkestad dives into side control.
An elbow from Kvakkestad crashes against the mat.
McCain is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kvakkestad has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Kvakkestad in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Kvakkestad wants to lay and pray for a moment but McCain keeps working.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The strikes coming from Kvakkestad are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Kvakkestad has an Americana. McCain didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kvakkestad is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kvakkestad hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A relieved looking Loki Kvakkestad thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
