Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Iggy Pop (ranked 5298 p4p, 5658 weight class) and Nero Vogels (ranked 508 p4p, 528 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pop throws a jab when Vogels was well out of range.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pop crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Vogels - the referee stops the clock and Pop gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Vogels. Pop manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pop has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Nero Vogels comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
