Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pesonen was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Axelsen throws a hook but Pesonen avoids it easily.
It looked like Pesonen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Pesonen swings for the body but Axelsen moves out of range.

Axelsen throws a looping overhand right but Pesonen ducks down to avoid it.

Axelsen lunges at Pesonen with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Pesonen's hand.
Loke Axelsen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pesonen misses the shot to the body.
Pesonen is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Axelsen swings for the body but Pesonen moves out of range.
Pesonen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pesonen lands in his opponent's guard.

Pesonen is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Axelsen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Axelsen tries to hold on but Pesonen pushes him away.

Pesonen throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Axelsen has his hands clasped together but Pesonen breaks the hold and Axelsen is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Pesonen!
