Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hobo Garrincha!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Destin Craven!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craven lands an overhand right.
Craven ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Garrincha swings for the body but Craven moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Garrincha misses the target.

Craven shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Garrincha napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Craven thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Craven working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Craven tries to free his leg and advance position but Garrincha is retaining full guard.
Garrincha is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Craven rolls with it to try and escape but Garrincha cranks on the arm and Craven is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
