The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wick lands a body shot.
Brownie jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Brownie seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wick misses with a two punch combination.
Wick lands a jab to Brownie's midsection.
Wick throws a looping overhand right but Brownie ducks down to avoid it.
Wick goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Brownie wants to clinch

and Wick counters with a crisp one two that drops Brownie! Wick thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Brownie to his feet! Brownie is in big trouble!

Brownie is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brownie drops his hands momentarily. Wick doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Brownie staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Brownie doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Wick!
Our winner, John Wick, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
