Garces tries to clinch but Carlier is having none of it.

Garces connects with a solid leg kick.
Carlier looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Garces drives through with a takedown into guard.
Garces postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Carlier has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Garces doesn't defend quickly enough and Carlier has managed to lock this one up! Can Garces escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Carlier on a fantastic submission victory.
