Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Striker Jackson (ranked 2635 p4p, 3276 weight class) and Khadem Abdul Karim (ranked 325 p4p, 489 weight class). Abdul Karim has chosen Window (Where The Sea Falls Forever) - Jucifer as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Khadem Abdul Karim!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdul Karim cracks Jackson with a big right hand and Jackson goes down!
Jackson is rocked!
It looks like Striker Jackson has been cut.
Abdul Karim stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oh Jackson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jackson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Abdul Karim passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson wants to improve his position but Abdul Karim is controlling well.
Jackson seems to have got his legs back now.
Abdul Karim is looking for a kimura but Jackson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Abdul Karim to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Abdul Karim works his way into side control.
Abdul Karim tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Abdul Karim has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jackson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Abdul Karim advances to mount.

Abdul Karim looking to isolate an arm here. Jackson doesn't see it coming and as Abdul Karim extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Abdul Karim!
