Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amir throws the kick towards the body but Wrecks avoids it.
Wrecks was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Amir throws a poor cross that misses
letting Wrecks counter with a right hand.

It looks like Ali Amir has been cut.
Wrecks throws a body punch but Amir moves out of range.
A nice side step and Amir releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Wrecks slips a jab from Amir.
Amir misses with a low kick.
An attempted straight right counter from Wrecks misses the target.
Wrecks swings widly with a right hand
and Amir counters with a nice uppercut.
Amir tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wrecks paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Amir throws a looping overhand right but Wrecks ducks down to avoid it.
Amir displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wrecks throws out the jab.
Amir throws a nice inside leg kick.

A big right from Wrecks misses.
Amir attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Amir cracks a nice hook into Wrecks's ribs.

Amir has managed to clinch.
Wrecks lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Amir backwards.
Amir lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Wrecks or not.
Amir is trying to pull guard but Wrecks turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Amir lands a body shot.
I was talking to Wrecks's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Amir lands a hook to the side of the head.
Wrecks blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Amir pulls guard.

Wrecks gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Amir throws a looping overhand right but Wrecks ducks down to avoid it.
Wrecks jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Amir lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Amir misses with a wild body shot.
Wrecks jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A nice leg kick from Amir, right into the meat of the thigh.

Amir instigates a clinch.

Wrecks breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Amir misses with a looping left.
Amir looks to throw a body kick
and Wrecks cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Amir slips under a jab.

Amir closes the distance looking to clinch
and Wrecks cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Amir tries to clinch but Wrecks moves out of range.
Amir lands a glancing blow to the side of Wrecks's head.
Wrecks missing with a left hand there. Amir was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nice defenses there by Wrecks.
Wrecks takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Amir throws a lazy right hand but Wrecks sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Wrecks slips a jab from Amir.
Amir misses with an uppercut
and Wrecks counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Amir is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

That has opened up Ali Amir's cut even more.
Amir lands an overhand right.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Amir scoring well with a low kick there.
Ali Amir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Amir misses with an uppercut.
Amir lands with a straight right. Wrecks didn't see that one coming.
Amir throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Amir scores with a leg kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Amir ducks under a wild hook from Wrecks.
Amir tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Amir digs a good hook to Wrecks's body.
Amir clobbers Wrecks with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Wrecks throws a counter high kick but Amir was just alert enough to avoid it.

Amir feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Wrecks collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
