Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwalin Giantslayer (ranked 1434 p4p, 1221 weight class) and Calvin Deane (ranked 82 p4p, 73 weight class). Deane has chosen Cinderella Man as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Giantslayer gets a double leg takedown into Deane's guard.
Giantslayer wants to control from the top but Deane keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Giantslayer is fighting to break Deane's control of his arms but Deane is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

We've been hearing good reports from Giantslayer's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Deane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Giantslayer's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Dwalin Giantslayer will probably get the nod.
