The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillips throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Shipilov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Shipilov counters with a nice uppercut.
A telegraphed right hand from Phillips misses the target.
Phillips misses with a low kick.
Shipilov throws a big counter head kick but Phillips avoids it with no problem.
Shipilov looks to throw the jab but Phillips is out of range.

A little jabbing left from Shipilov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Phillips counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Phillips drops back looking for a leg! Shipilov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Shipilov manages to kick Phillips off! Phillips jumps back into Shipilov's guard.
