Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Bandini (ranked 3863 p4p, 1729 weight class) and Aeson Beckley (ranked 302 p4p, 153 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bandini might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bye bye bye. Aeson Beckley has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Matthew Bandini's chin.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beckley drives through and clinches with Bandini against the cage.
Bandini misses with a shot to the kidneys.

I was talking to Bandini's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Bandini keeps control of Beckley as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Beckley tries a body shot but Bandini blocks it.

A left hand lands to the body for Beckley.
Bandini changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Beckley fights it off and pushes away nicely.

letting Beckley counter with a right hand.
Oh Bandini is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Beckley counters with a crisp right hand that drops Bandini! Beckley lets Bandini back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bandini looks to clinch
and Beckley counters with a huge left! Bandini is in big trouble! He's backing up but Beckley isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Bandini from any more damage. A dominating finish by Beckley!
