Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Hernandez (ranked 232 p4p, 871 weight class) and Kirill Berkut (ranked 27 p4p, 77 weight class). Hernandez's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Journey - Only The Young. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kirill Berkut!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Berkut feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Berkut's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Hernandez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Berkut gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hernandez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hernandez wants it to stay on the feet.

Hernandez tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Berkut cranks the arm and Hernandez screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hernandez, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
