Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edvaldo Cosme (ranked 3107 p4p, 3804 weight class) and Hideo Tokoro (ranked 394 p4p, 457 weight class). Tokoro has chosen Blksmiith - Gore-Tex Covers my Soul as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Edvaldo Cosme has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Edvaldo Cosme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hideo Tokoro!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Lou da Vinci and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tokoro throws a hook but Cosme avoids it easily.
Tokoro looks to land a left hand but Cosme moved out of range nicely.
Cosme is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Tokoro scores with a hook to the body. Cosme takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tokoro lands a jab to Cosme's midsection.
Cosme tries to clinch but Tokoro moves away
and Tokoro counters with a straight right hand.
Tokoro dips to his left and cracks Cosme with an uppercut!
Cosme tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A slow jab from Tokoro misses its intended target.
Decent striking displayed by Tokoro there.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tokoro, as that shot connected.
Cosme takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cosme staying out of range there.
Cosme closes the distance and clinches.
Cosme fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tokoro works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Tokoro lands an uppercut.
Cosme jumps guard but Tokoro turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Tokoro gets through Cosme's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Tokoro tries to throw a body punch but Cosme avoids it by throwing Tokoro back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cosme decides to pull guard.
Tokoro must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Cosme managing to control the position.
Cosme is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Tokoro rolls with it to try and escape but Cosme cranks on the arm and Tokoro is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
