Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tarik Oren (ranked 1989 p4p, 234 weight class) and Roman Zhdanov (ranked 225 p4p, 33 weight class). Zhdanov has chosen Малиновая Лада (Raspberry Lada) by Gayazov$ Brother$ as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oren thuds his right hand into Zhdanov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Roman Zhdanov has been cut.
Zhdanov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A slow jab from Oren misses its intended target.
Zhdanov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Oren tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Zhdanov's elbow.

Oren is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

It looked like Oren was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Oren pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oren looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Oren instigates a clinch.
Zhdanov swings wildly with an uppercut but Oren uses good head movement to avoid it.

Oren escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Zhdanov counters with a crisp one two that drops Oren! Zhdanov thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Oren to his feet! Oren is in big trouble!

Zhdanov gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Oren.
Oh Oren is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
