Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Travis Carter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dalton Prez!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Prez counters by clinching up.
Prez lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Prez slips a nice elbow through Carter's hands, connecting with Carter's forehead.
Well, if Prez is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Carter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prez on the ground.
Let's hope that Prez has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Carter is looking for a sweep. Prez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Prez seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Prez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Prez seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Prez is nestled in close to Carter, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Carter wants to improve his position but Prez is controlling well.
Carter is in trouble now - Prez has advanced to mount!

Prez is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Prez extends the arm and Carter is forced to tap!
