Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bastien Montrose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Methodios McIntyre!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montrose throws out a loose jab but McIntyre uses good head movement to avoid it.
Montrose sets himself, and McIntyre steps forward looking for the clinch! Montrose avoids it this time.
McIntyre fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Montrose on the side of the head.
McIntyre throws a body kick that misses
and Montrose counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McIntyre thuds his shin into the meat of Montrose's side.
We've been told by Montrose's head coaches at FIGHT FOUNDERS (CA) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That kick from McIntyre tenderised Montrose's leg. Montrose is trying to keep his angry face on.
McIntyre looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Montrose throwing a counter right hand but McIntyre manages to avoid it.
McIntyre throws a lazy body kick
and Montrose cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Methodios McIntyre has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Montrose swings for the body but McIntyre moves out of range.
McIntyre tries to counter with a clinch but Montrose shakes him off and moves away.

Oooooh!!! McIntyre has knocked Montrose down with a huge combo! McIntyre steps away and waves a wobbly Montrose back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Montrose is rocked!

It looks like Bastien Montrose has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Montrose crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from McIntyre - the referee stops the clock and Montrose gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says McIntyre. Montrose manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McIntyre lands a front kick.
McIntyre throws an off balance right hand
and Montrose counters with a nice uppercut.
McIntyre misses with a two punch combination.

McIntyre lands a big uppercut and Montrose crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Montrose looks OK. McIntyre waves Montrose back to his feet!
Oh Montrose is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Montrose tries to get into range but McIntyre steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Montrose! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! McIntyre scores the big KO victory!
