Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarrod Beard (ranked 197 p4p, 53 weight class) and Hawk Fleximario (ranked 19 p4p, 5 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Beard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ladies Love Country Boys - Trace Adkins. Fleximario has chosen Funkmeister as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jarrod Beard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hawk Fleximario!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beard looks to score with a jab to the body but Fleximario is just out of range.
Beard throws a body shot but no joy.
Fleximario throws a body shot but no joy.
A jab from Beard misses.
Fleximario lands a jab to the nose.
Beard slips under a jab from Fleximario.
Beard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fleximario moves away.
Beard is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fleximario.
Beard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Beard misses with a straight right.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fleximario throws a hook but Beard avoids it easily.
Fleximario displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Beard.

Fleximario has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Beard defending well as Fleximario loads up on a big left hand.
Beard closes the distance looking to clinch
and Fleximario counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fleximario slips a straight right by Beard.
Beard has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Fleximario moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A jab from Fleximario does it's job there.
Fleximario misses with a head kick.
Beard throws a poor cross that misses
and Fleximario counters with an outside leg kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fleximario. Beard shrugs it off though.
Beard is breathing heavily.
Fleximario lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Beard gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Beard slips under a jab from Fleximario.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fleximario lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Beard at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fleximario throws a body shot but no joy.
Fleximario takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fleximario feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Beard sprawling to the canvas! Beard rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Fleximario finish him?!
Beard is rocked!
Fleximario is stalking Beard. Beard circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Fleximario, and it's lights out! Beard really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hawk Fleximario!
An out of breath Hawk Fleximario thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
