Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devonte Pinks (ranked 676 p4p, 816 weight class) and Donner Keil (ranked 98 p4p, 124 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pinks might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to HUMBLE.. Donner Keil has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devonte Pinks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donner Keil!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinks avoids a kick to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from Pinks misses the target.
Keil throws a head kick but Pinks moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Pinks on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Keil throws a right hand that misses
and Pinks finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Pinks has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

and Pinks counters with a crisp one two that drops Keil! Pinks thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Keil to his feet! Keil is in big trouble!

Keil feints and then cracks Pinks's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pinks down.

and Pinks counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

It looks like Donner Keil has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pinks shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Keil throws a low kick but it's checked well by Pinks.
Pinks swats away the attempt to clinch by Keil.
Keil throws a hook to the side of Pinks's head but Pinks sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Keil throws an overhand right that lands on Pinks's shoulder, as Pinks tries to avoid the shot.
Pinks throws a quick counter kick to the body but Keil avoids it.
Keil jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Pinks seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Keil has managed to clinch.
Pinks tries to work over Keil's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Pinks.

Keil has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Keil tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Keil tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pinks just stands there and leans against the cage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pinks stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Keil swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Pinks looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Keil working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pinks doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pinks manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Pinks sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Keil's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Devonte Pinks will probably get the nod.
