Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cuervo Oquendo (ranked 654 p4p, 868 weight class) and Aboubacar Mandiang (ranked 25 p4p, 38 weight class). Mandiang has chosen Oliver Twist as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Mandiang in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Oquendo drops Mandiang with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mandiang looks back up at him and smiles so Oquendo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

After the fight, Cuervo Oquendo was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
